It was announced by developer Larian Studios that the Baldur’s Gate 3 game has finally officially arrived on Xbox Series X|S game consoles. Baldur’s Gate 3, the Z&E-themed role-playing game that won the Best Game award at The Game Awards 2023, is available for sale on Xbox Store for Microsoft’s game consoles at a price of 1,300 TL. The Digital Deluxe version of the game carries a price tag of 1,450 TL. Meanwhile, although there are rumors that the game may also be an Xbox Game Pass game, this does not seem to be the case, at least for now.
Developer Larian Studios’ game was released for PC via Steam in early August. Even months later, the game continues to be among the top 10 most played games on Steam in terms of number of concurrent players. Also in September, the game came for Mac and PlayStation 5 console.
The main reason for the delay in the game’s release for Xbox platforms was Larian’s inability to run the local split-screen co-op mode on Xbox Series S consoles. Eventually, Microsoft allowed Larian to launch Baldur’s Gate 3 without console support, but it’s possible this could be added in a future update.

Larian will release physical versions of Baldur’s Gate 3 for PC, PS5 and Xbox platforms in the first quarter of 2024.
