Sony’s approach to bringing PlayStation games to PC continues, according to a new report. Considering that Spider-Man and The Last of Us are coming to PC, it seems quite likely that Ragnarök may also come.
This published report comes from Billbil-kun, who has previously provided a lot of accurate information about upcoming PlayStation versions. According to the leaker, God of War Ragnarök’s PC announcement could be made at the end of this month.
A new PlayStation Showcase event may also be held in May. Considering the previous PlayStation games coming to the computer, Sony may provide date information in a blog post. However, the company has not yet announced an official date.
As it is known, Ragnarök received a large and free DLC package in December last year. This newly arrived Valhalla DLC pack includes a Roguelike mode that allows players to battle through various layers of enemies while earning temporary and permanent upgrades.
Sony usually waits up to a year before bringing AAA games like Helldivers 2 to the PC platform. One of the main reasons for this is that they aim for the game to reach a certain sales figure on the PlayStation platform. Considering that God of War Ragnarök was first released on PlayStation 4 and 5 on November 9, 2022, it seems like the best candidate to come to the PC platform.
Let’s not forget to point out that all of this is just a rumor right now. Although Gof of War Ragnarök seems like the best candidate to come to the PC platform, Sony’s official plans on this issue are not yet known.
