A few years ago, Spotify removed the Spotify app on iOS in order not to give a share of its revenue to Apple. in-app purchase had removed the process.
According to leaks published recently, it was claimed that Spotify would cancel this decision and re-activate the App Store payment system, but the company announced that it has no plans to do this anymore and the support will not return.
According to the leak, there were lines of code in the Spotify application related to in-app purchases. In its statement, Spotify stated that this leak was not included in the roadmap.
