Epic Games Store is giving away the Ghostrunner game for free on the last day of 2023. The game, normally worth 169 TL, has replaced Saints Row. The game, published by 505 Games, became the 12th consecutive free game of the New Year’s holiday event.
Co-developed by One More Level and Slipgate Ironworks, Ghostrunner was released in 2020 as an action-packed platform game in which you take on the role of a cyberpunk ninja who can perform a wide variety of superhuman special techniques, such as wall running, mid-air leaping, and sliding down buildings. You can even dodge or deflect bullets using a special bullet time ability and your trusty monomolecular katana. However, the one-hit death of both enemies and the player means that extremely fast-paced combat abilities must be used in a timely and accurate manner, rather than haphazardly.
The game’s description reads: “Ghostrunner offers a unique single-player experience: fast-paced gameplay, violent combat, and an original setting that combines science fiction with post-apocalyptic themes. “This game tells the story of a world that has already ended and its inhabitants fighting to survive.”
